Gavin Harrison

Don Hamilton
Regulatory Specialist. Mr. Hamilton handles all permitting for HLS. He has over 15 years expierience permitting projects from Oil, Gas, Coal, Uranium, Potash and Other mineral projects.
- Preliminary Assessment, Project scoping analysis for permitting needs;
- Coordination of the required cultural and biological surveys, if needed;
- Generation of the federal NOI with proposed action document;
- Client representation at the onsite inspection;
- Federal, state and private surface use acquisition;
- Surface disturbance estimation work;
- Coordination of reclamation efforts and subsequent bond release;
- NEPA document preparation and compliance for larger exploration projects.
- Historic mining district evaluations for permitting needs and environmental issues;
- Coordination of the required environmental surveys;
- Preparation of BLM and State mining plan of operations documents;
- Preparation of notice of intention to commence small and large mining operations;
- Reclamation contract preparation;
- Milling and processing plan preparation;
- USACOE 404 dredge and fill permit preparation;
- NEPA document preparation and compliance;
- Liaison between the agencies and client;
- Any and all coordination required for successful acquisition of approved permits;

Bill Harrison
Mr. Harrison has extensive knowledge and skills related to excavation; including drill site construction & Access.

Rodney Dalton
Mr. Dalton has over 25 years experience in exploration drilling and water well development. Mr. Dalton has drilled hundreds of thousands of feet in his career and operates most drills on all of HLS projects.

Brad Peek
